Our Story

Began over 30 years ago, when Roman and Fran Barten decided to switch from selling sweet corn at a roadside stand to growing 10 acres of pumpkins on their family farm in New Prague, MN.

Fall Activities

Enjoy fun, free, family-friendly activities like musical guests, stilts, straw bale climbing, grain cart basketball, and a nature play area for kids. Don’t miss the tasty Kettle Corn that we offer on October weekends!

Such a cute place for photo ops and pumpkins! They have a great set up for all types of pumpkins and areas to play and take photos. Our toddler loved playing with the raised sand box and pushing the wire car around. Can't recommend this enough for little kids to run around and burn some energy while grabbing some pumpkins. Free admission and parking is a huge plus! Will definitely be back in the future

Fave pumpkin patch. Lots of selfie spots, and cute decors. Has a path you can walk to the pumpkin patch. Sometimes have musicians there playing musical instruments. Sometimes have animals there you can touch or pet. Lots of fun activities to do for the little ones. Affordable pumpkin prices and is a self-checkout on payment. You can submit in cash via the designated box. I love it to the point I’d commute a good 45+ minutes annually!
